Why Other Casters Fail

Casters with kingpins fail because they either pull apart or the kingpin shears off when impacted with a lateral force, such as occurs when heavy loads are being towed.

How Is Kingpinless™ Design Different?

The Kingpinless™ design is a cost-effective combination of brute strength, feather-light maneuverability, super-smooth rollability, stubborn durability, and across-the-board adaptability.

By eliminating the skinny kingpin, the most common cause of caster failure is replaced with a brawny, full-contact precision ball bearing raceway.

The Kingpinless™ design eliminates failure by greatly increasing the load bearing diameter subjected to lateral forces. These patented products outperform kingpin style swivel casters and provide extended service life.

Premature raceway wear and brinelling are greatly reduced with the full contact ball bearing raceway design and standard flame-hardened raceways. Swivel motion is much easier than that of conventional design. Kingpin tightening maintenance is eliminated.

A Word About the Competition

Others may offer similar designs, but cannot come close to the brute strength of the patented Kingpinless™ design.

Their inline raceway lacks offset design, creating a hammering effect, producing little advantage over conventional design. The result is an inevitable loose fit and swivel failure. Even their double raceway is subject to these hazards.

Our Offset Kingpinless™ Design

This patented offset design centers the ball bearings over the outer raceway at the bottom, and the inner raceway at the top. This eliminates direct hammering forces on the raceways and pull apart forces of stress in the swivel section.
