30 Series Medium Duty Casters COLD FORGED FEATURES Swivel section cold forged out of 1/4" steel Swivel is double ball bearing with raceways formed smooth, then heat treated for strength Legs are 1/4" plate formed for strength. 5/8" diameter spin riveted king pin. 1/2" diameter axle. Cam brake (CB) and 4 position swivel locks (SL) available.	51 Series Medium Duty Casters UNIQUE SINGLE BALL RACE CASTERS FEATURES Kingpinless swivel section to distribute load over a larger area Legs are 1/4" plate formed for strength. 1/2" diameter axle. Cam brake (CB) and 4 position swivel locks (SL) available.	60 Series Heavy Duty Casters FEATURES Swivel section is hot forged SAE1045 steel for strength. 3.25" Diameter load race with 7/16" ball bearings provide easy swiveling. Legs are 1/4" Plate welded both inside and out for additional strength. 3/4" integrally forged Kingpin with fully machined raceways. Wheel brakes, dual wheels, spring loading, swivel locks are available, Consult representative. Excellent for in-plant equipment like; parts bins, towline carts, dough troughs, and automated vehicles.
65 Series Heavy Duty Casters FEATURES Hot Forged C-1045 steel swivel section. 3.25" diameter fully machined load raceway, concentric to kingpin. 3/4" integrally forged kingpin. Notched yokebase for field installation of swivel locks. 3/8" x 2-1/2" legs formed and welded both inside and outside 3/4" axle. Built to standard industry dimensions for top plate, bolt hole spacing and overall height.	70 Series Heavy Duty Casters FEATURES Hot Forged C-1045 steel swivel section. 4" diameter load raceway. 1" diameter kingbolt with slotted adjusting nut. Notched yokebase for field installation of swivel locks. 3/8"x 3" legs are welded both inside and outside 3/4" axle. This series is used on medium heavy duty power drawn equipment as well as heavier duty manually handled equipment. Gantry cranes, work platforms, in plant trailers, dragline trucks, warehouse trucks are just a few of the applications for this series.	Series 81 Series Extra Heavy Duty Casters UNIQUE SINGLE BALL RACE CASTERS FEATURES Hot Forged C-1045 steel swivel section. Unique Single Ball Race design. 3/4" diameter load/thrust ball bearings. 4" diameter precision machined load/thrust raceway. 3/8" x 4" legs formed and welded both inside and outside for strength. 1" grade 5 axle.
