A division of Evans Industries of Detroit, Michigan, Darnell-Rose was formed by the merger of Darnell Corporation and Rose Caster Company in January, 1998. Since 1921, Darnell casters have stood as the symbol for quality in the caster and wheel industry, whereas Rose Caster has earned a legendary reputation for building superior forged steel casters primarily for the demanding automotive industry for over 65 years.

13 Series Carpetmaster Caster The "Carpetmaster" is truly the caster to be used on the office chair! The "silent" donut wheel is the secret, compounded of a highly resilient neoprene (extra soft) rubber which enables this caster to swivel and roll on even heavy pile carpet. NO MATS NECESSARY for standard pile. Load rating is 110 Ibs. This caster has a double ball bearing in both the swivel and the wheel and has a standard finish of Nickel Chrome (other finishes available). All wearing parts are heat treated. 13 Series Casters are also available with other wheel materials including neoprene rubber, and hard rubber for load ratings up to 165 Ibs.	Cartmaster Airline Food/Beverage Cart Caster The Darnell Cartmaster is the product of choice for airline meal and beverage carts. Cartmaster saves money with its' zero maintenance requirements. Specifically, heavy duty ball bearings moves the cart easily, neoprene wheels eliminate replacement and sturdy design features flight failures in the field. The universal mounting plate makes it easy to retrofit existing carts as well as allowing a new cart to be fitted with the Cartmaster.	30 Series Medium Duty Dual Wheel Caster These dual wheel Casters are used in applications where heavy load capicity, low overall height and floor or carpet protection is required. Ideal for computers and electronic equipment. Standard finish is Bright Zinc. Double ball bearing raceways. All wearing parts are heat treated.
60 Series Medium Duty Caster This exceptional caster is manufactured specifically for both industrial and institutional applications. Standard finish: ZINC. All wearing parts are heat treated. Adapted for pressure lubrication in the wheel. Brakes available on the 60 Series include: wheel brake, radial brake (available on 63, 631/2, 64 and 65 Series casters only, swivel and rigid models.), four position swivel lock. Available in Stainless Steel.	A-100 Medium Heavy Duty Caster Popular, economical series for load ratings of 350 to 900 lb. each Caster. Available in 4", 5", 6", and 8" sizes with a wide range of wheel types and bearing styles. Cold forged construction utilizes 1/4" carbon steel top plate and yoke legs continuously welded to yolk ring to form a tough, rugged assembly. Double ball bearing swivel raceway is heat treated for wear resistance, and assembled with permanently riveted 5/8" diameter king pin. Top plate and bolt hole dimensions conform to industry standards. Also available in Stainless Steel.

Headquarters for Darnell-Rose is the former Darnell facility in City of Industry, California where manufacturing, engineering, and sales are fully integrated under one roof. The Detroit plant serves as our East Coast factory and distribution center. This means every Darnell-Rose product is 100% made in the U.S.A. by American craftsmen and using only U.S. suppliers for raw materials and purchased components.

Manufacturing processes are vertically integrated and include a full array of metalworking, fabrication, machining, and rubber processing operations. Giving Darnell-Rose the ability to produce a complete line of high quality off-the-shelf products for immediate shipment, as well as the capability to provide a broad range of special requirements in response to customer needs.
